Continuous and discontinuous mobile asphalt plants

The road construction sector is always in constant evolution. In recent times, the need has been felt to have the possibility to open construction sites in very short times and for a limited duration.

To facilitate this type of operations, Bernardi Impianti has developed a complete range of mobile systems characterized by great ease of transport. The mobile system can be a complete continuous (CEM) or discontinuous (MIC) system, on semi-trailers that can be towed by normal tractors.

The project includes the entire plant on frames: pre-batch feeders, dryer, bags filter, weighing and mixing screening tower, the skip for the finished product (optional), the diathermic oil heater, the bitumen tank and the control cabin. Quick couplings allow quick connections to additional units

For operation, only the connection to the bitumen tank, the fuel tank and the electrical connections made with quick sockets and plugs are necessary. In this way, immediate operation on site is achieved without the need for foundation works.
