BERNARDI IMPIANTI is a leading company in the production of asphalt plants that has been operating all over the world for over 60 years.
The company is based in the south of Milan and the production is completely made in Italy.
The Company has always invested profits for the development of technologies and devices that improve product quality, reduce production costs and reduce plant emissions, proposing itself as a partner of its Customers in order to cope with increasingly restrictive regulations in matters of safety and environmental protection.
In recent years, BERNARDI IMPIANTI srl has supplied new plants, but has also carried out revamping interventions on old plants, including those of other manufacturers, with new control systems, new dryers to allow the use of a high percentage of RAP, new systems of bitumen tank heating.
Bernardi’s know-how includes both continuous and discontinuous systems. The company’s goal is to provide machines that create profit for end users, thus forming a long-term partnership.
Each new machine starts in the BERNARDI technical office which prepares all production drawings with updated 3-D software, the Lungavilla (PV) factory produces and assembles the individual machines, the electrical laboratory prepares the control cabin and the software for manage the plant. Then the plant is ready to be installed until its final destination.
